ContentGenPro — Terms of Service & User Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the ContentGenPro application (“the Tool”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. AI Output Disclaimer & Sole User Responsibility: ContentGenPro utilizes artificial intelligence to generate text, captions, and outlines. All content is generated “as-is”. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You, and not ContentGenPro, are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing, and approving any content before publishing or distributing it online.
- We do not guarantee search engine ranking, algorithmic reach, factual accuracy, or specific engagement metrics.
- You are responsible for ensuring generated copy does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate platform rules (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, X).
3. Prohibited Uses: You agree NOT to use the tool to generate defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful material, or to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass subscription security protections.
4. Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of the specific text outputs you generate for your business. ContentGenPro retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, underlying software, and design architecture of the tool.
5. Fair Use & Availability: Access is provided on an active subscription or verified Pay-As-You-Go basis. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in automated abuse, credential sharing, or API flooding.
6. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall ContentGenPro or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the tool, or any content published from it.
7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
